This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your shipment bookings.

1. Cancellation Rules

  • Before pickup: Full or partial refund may be applicable
  • After courier dispatch: Cancellation charges may apply
  • After pickup: Cancellation is not allowed

2. Refund on Cancellation

  • Early cancellation: Up to 100% refund
  • Late cancellation: Partial refund
  • After shipment starts: No refund

3. How to Cancel

  • Login and cancel from your dashboard
  • Or contact support with your tracking ID

4. Modifications

Shipment details such as address or timing can be modified before pickup. Changes after dispatch may include additional charges.

5. Failed Pickup

If the package is not ready or no one is available at pickup location, rescheduling or additional charges may apply.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
